Advance Amount is Non-Refundable

The following will be charged on cancellation of a tour;

● Cancelled before 30 days & more no cancellation charges.

● Cancelled between 15-29 days 50% amount will be deducted.

● Cancelled between 14 days 75% amount will be deducted.

● Cancelled within 7 days 90% amount will be deducted.

● Cancelled within 3 days 100% amount will be deducted.

● Any complaint is acceptable with in the period of Tour.

● If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control(ex.bad weather, government rule); we shall first try to offer alternative date for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. If we don’t offer alternative date,we will refund all avoidable/refundable charges to your account.

● If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.

● The company will not be responsible for any accident or natural disaster

● If any natural disaster or accident occurs then no money will be refunded.

● In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees. Other unavoidable charges such as hotel accommodations, cab bookings, Air tickets as per their policies.
